If you only mean flash games, there's Epic Battle Fantasy (the inspiration is pretty obvious) with its fourth installment currently on Steam, Legend of the Void duology (the combat system is very similar to Sonny, except you have full control of your party the setting is quite unoriginal, but the games are still fun), and last but not least Krin's very own Sinjid Shadow of the Warrior (while a bit archaic, it still holds up to this day, despite being made way back in 2004!). I might be missing something, so don't take my word at face value. I, however, only played Persona 3 and 4 (currently trying to finish 1), and I enjoyed them quite a bit! I also tried FF6 and Chrono Trigger, but the combat/battle system defies "turn-based" in the worst way, at least in terms of how I experienced it.
